I been a member at 24 hour fitness from the time April 12, 2009. I was around 235 pds when I started. I'm to scared to find out if I lost or gain weight! I hope when I get checked again that I lost some weight. Today at the gym I work out on the treadmill for 25 mintues 20 mintues on the bike and 22 mintues on the stair climber. I also did 5 reps. of chest weights, leg weights and other arm weight all 5 reps!
I not sure If I should be doing more or change things.
Right now on the treadmill am at 3.5 mets. card I was give from my husband heart couch! Great work out but I think I need to move up to 4.0 mets card but am not sure if I can do that and do all the other stuff in one round!
I know am doing better. before I could hard walk very far with out say weight up!
Anyways it get late! I chat later!
