I start off doing the treadmill Met Card 5.5 mets.

Then off to the Recumbent bike for 15 minutes at 70+ RPM I buried about 77 Cal.
I start doing the arm bike then I got worried about my husband and stop half way. Ugh sometimes I wish my husband would keep work out so he can get heather! He make ever exc. In the book why not to go to the gym or even do his full work out. I think I should write a letter to his Doctors tell them what my husband is doing. Then they can get after him! Don’t get me wronged I love my husband but he just kill himself when he just what to sleep all day and what to die. Anyways back to my work out I did about 10 mints on the arm bike. I was post to do 20.
I can tell you I had a stressful day!

Start work out again!
