Start work out again!

I start off doing the Recumbent bike for 15 minutes at 70+ RPM I buried about 77 Cal.

Then I went to the Treadmill and took it up other Met Card to 5.5 mets.
Start 0 2.4
2:00 0 2.6
5:00 2 2.8
7:00 4.5 3.0
10:00 5 3.0
18:00 3 2.6
22:00 0 2.6
25:00 Cool Down and stop

I did not do much today but I think the Treadmill did me in!
