Giveing in!
I was bad last night I what something from Taco Bell and I got it. Then right after eat I went to bed bad me! I also hope to get back to work out again! I been so tired lately that I have not been going to the gym. I just got to go. Even if it mean by my self. Just some thought I what to share.

Got a Trainer for today!
My Trainer name was Tyler Santoro
So this is the info I got from him and what I did that day!
Core & Balance
Plank 10 REPS and 20 rest
Bird Dog 12 REPS and no rest
They I was ask to do Stretching
Leg Press 70PDS 15 REPS
Chest Press 40PDS 12 REPS
Seated Row 35PDS 12 REPS
Then he ask me to do
D. B. Deadlife 25PDS 10 REPS
Push Press 10PDS 12 REPS
My body hurt so much I could do no more for the day. I hate Trainers!!!
Forgot to say what time this was done at my appointment was tat 1:00PM

Tryed something new!
I up my Treadmill today. Went up to a 4.5 Met Card
Start 0 2.2
2:00 0 2.4
4:00 1 2.6
6:00 2.5 2.6
12:00 3 3.0
22:00 1 2.6
24:00 0 2.4
25:00 Cool Down and stop
It was so much harder. But it was a great workout to start with.
Then I went to the Arm Bike for 2o minutes I buried about 73 Cal.
Then off the the Recumbent bike for 15 minutes at 70+ RPM I buried about 77 Cal.
Then I try a new machine the Hip Adduction I did 3 set of 10 each at 30 pds. Level 4.
The I also did the Abduction machine also 3 set of 10 each at 30pds. To start off with. I am now going to add that to my workout each time as long as I make the time to get it in.
I was so poop out but felt great. Look forward to tomorrow work out.

Slow workout today!
Recumbent Bike 25 minutes level 3 buried about 129 Cal.
Arm Bike 20 minutes 10 one way 10 the other way buried about 63 Cal.
Did not have time to finish my work out due to the fact I had to go to the airport. Maybe I have a better work out tomorrow.

So sore.........
I took today off from the gym my body was hurting so bad. I plan on going tomorrow for a work out before I have to pick my little one up from the airport. She went to Disneyland with her Grandma Zeigler and other family members. I can't wait till she home. I hope to get a better work out tomorrow.

Update.....
I been try to get to my short term goals to go to the gym 5 days out of the week and two days off. It hard because I like have my husband go with me but to get him going is hard and he the one that need the most weight loss.
My other goal is to get down to 200 before new years but this is the hards thing for me.
This is what I did at the gym today.
I work out on the stair climber for 20 minutes at level 2. By the time I was done it said I had buried 155.9 Cal.
I work out on the Recumbent bike for 10 minutes at level 3 at 60+ RPM.
I what to also work out on the arm bike but it was be used. I would like to use it next time to the gym.
I felt I did a good work out not as much time as I what but did get there and work out for some time.
Work out time I started today at 10:10AM Oregon time.
Please give me tips if you think I need adive. I take good or bad.

Work out....

25 minutes on the Recumbent bike about 80+ RPM
20 minutes on the Arm bike buried about 45 Cal.
1 hour and 10 minutes work out.
Would like to learn the rowing machine next time.
