Update.....

I been try to get to my short term goals to go to the gym 5 days out of the week and two days off. It hard because I like have my husband go with me but to get him going is hard and he the one that need the most weight loss.

My other goal is to get down to 200 before new years but this is the hards thing for me.

This is what I did at the gym today.

I work out on the stair climber for 20 minutes at level 2. By the time I was done it said I had buried 155.9 Cal.

I work out on the Recumbent bike for 10 minutes at level 3 at 60+ RPM.

I what to also work out on the arm bike but it was be used. I would like to use it next time to the gym.

I felt I did a good work out not as much time as I what but did get there and work out for some time.

Work out time I started today at 10:10AM Oregon time.

Please give me tips if you think I need adive. I take good or bad.
