Work out....

25 minutes on the treadmill at 4 Mets buried about 235 Cal.

25 minutes on the Recumbent bike about 80+ RPM

20 minutes on the Arm bike buried about 45 Cal.

1 hour and 10 minutes work out.

Would like to learn the rowing machine next time.

Started work out at 6:00PM Oregon time.
