So this is the info I got from him and what I did that day!
Core & Balance
Plank 10 REPS and 20 rest
Bird Dog 12 REPS and no rest
They I was ask to do Stretching
Leg Press 70PDS 15 REPS
Chest Press 40PDS 12 REPS
Seated Row 35PDS 12 REPS
Then he ask me to do
D. B. Deadlife 25PDS 10 REPS
Push Press 10PDS 12 REPS
My body hurt so much I could do no more for the day. I hate Trainers!!!
Forgot to say what time this was done at my appointment was tat 1:00PM
