Tryed something new!

I up my Treadmill today. Went up to a 4.5 Met Card

Start 0 2.2
2:00 0 2.4
4:00 1 2.6
6:00 2.5 2.6
12:00 3 3.0
22:00 1 2.6
24:00 0 2.4
25:00 Cool Down and stop

It was so much harder. But it was a great workout to start with.

Then I went to the Arm Bike for 2o minutes I buried about 73 Cal.
Then off the the Recumbent bike for 15 minutes at 70+ RPM I buried about 77 Cal.
Then I try a new machine the Hip Adduction I did 3 set of 10 each at 30 pds. Level 4.
The I also did the Abduction machine also 3 set of 10 each at 30pds. To start off with. I am now going to add that to my workout each time as long as I make the time to get it in.

I was so poop out but felt great. Look forward to tomorrow work out.
